"The weather is damn gay man."
I'm gonna pepper this post with some memorable quotes from some of my classmates, ok? The next paragraph is dedicated to them anyway. The name of the person quoted will be in brackets in blue next to the quote itself.
"Greetings, my loyal fans." (Keith the King)
Went to Holland V (for the 10 millionth time in 2 weeks) just now for dinner (cos, "Hungry lah!" - Joycelyn/Diy) with a couple of my classmates. Man, I really love my classmates. I'm gonna be damn sad when we split up into different tutorial groups in Year 2. I think it's great how we are like one big family and don't let the competitive nature of our course take over. Maybe I'm being a little naive and starry eyed lah, since the working world is not like that (a huge bed of yellow friendship roses) anyway, but hey. They really make every moment in school truly fun and wonderful. "Simply sensational", (A very wise man, Ben Tay) man!!
You know what else I love? Holland V. I think I can hang out there everyday and not get sick of it, hahaha. Nice restaurants. Nice bars (that I never go to anyway). Nice people. Nice factory outlet. Nice magazine stands. Nice laksa. Nice everything lah. Pet shop. Pet shop. Did I mention pet shop? Anyway. You get my point. I really love Holland V. And I seriously dread the day when the MRT station being built there now is up and running. Then it will become super commercialised, DAMN ANNOYING. Argh. Don't try to act atas by claiming you hang out at Holland V k! THAT'S MY JOB! "KNNCCB!" (Joan, the most amusing (in a good way!) person I have ever met.) I was into Holland V way before your MRT station and Holland V TV show ok! I hate trends. Really haaaaaaate trends.
An example? Ellen Degeneres. Stop calling her freakin' Dory!! She's one of the greatest commediens on the face of this Earth ok! And my fave one at that! I haaaaateeee it when people just pretend to be into her because "She's Dory!!" You don't know anything ok! "There's only me, my sister and Raymond Goh ok! NOBODY ELSE!!!" (My sister said this. And to this, I say... "Ok, and, yeah!" - sorry, inside joke.)
This is totally out of point but my speech (for SpeechComm, everyone has to make one in class) went quite haywire man. Stage fright does insane things to you. It makes all proper pronounciation and enunciation go out the window, makes you talk abnormally loud, makes you forget one of your major main points, makes you overly enthusiastic to steroid level and makes you forget everything you have learnt from your mistakes made in past speeches. But listening to everyone's speech was pretty hilarious. "GPS ACTIVATE!!!!!" (Glen) <-- HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA till I cry (QH style)
"BACKSTREET!!!!!!!!!!!!" (Natalie, my favourite General Manager)
Stupid QH and her stupid clown story. Damn freaky. I'm so traumatised. I don't think I can sleep tonight. I'm such a scaredy cat. I really hate scary stories.
TRAUMATISED!!!!!!!
A picture of muh precioooouuusssss Jake Gyllenhaal, just for the heck of it.
